Detailed Description

UDIF message handler aliases.

This header re-exports the UDIF application-layer message handler function prototypes from dispatch.h. It exists as a convenience include so that role-specific modules (bc, gc, ua, root) need not include dispatch.h directly. All handler functions are declared in dispatch.h; this file simply pulls them in.
